The role:
This is a hands-on individual role and will involve complete ownership of the execution of an Integrated Marketing Campaign for China mainland covering both brand awareness and demand generation.
This role will play a key role in executing local marketing initiatives which will help in increasing the profile of the WTW brand in China as well as support business development resulting in increased revenues for the company.
This will include execution of both offline and online activities like face- to- face events, webinars, digital marketing, case studies and PR.
Will involve working with the Local Managing Consultant, Country Marketing Director, Segment Marketing for four businesses and other marketers in the marketing community.


Performance Objectives:
Clients
- Generate high quality leads supporting business development initiatives through an integrated marketing campaign resulting in increased revenue for the company
- Complete ownership of successful execution of face- to- face and online events
- Content Marketing for both online and offline marketing channels
- Track and report progress for marketing activities
- Increase awareness of the complete suite of WTW services and capabilities with all relevant audiences among both existing and prospective new clients
- Development of local Case Studies
- Tactical execution of local PR, liaising with the regional PR manager
- Full accountability and oversight of the execution of local marketing plan
- Provide content and messaging related advice to consultants

People
- Work as a collaborative and supportive member of the Marketing team, taking on appropriate tasks willingly and proactively identifying innovative ways to help accomplish organisational objectives
- Collaborate with local leadership (marketing and consulting) on input to the marketing plan covering target list selection, recruitment of audiences, etc.
- Identify and foster relationships with appropriate 3rd party associations at the local level

- Develop and Manage local marketing plans and budget: spend to budget, provide reports
- Commitment to Processes (planning/budgeting)


The Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in complex organization with multiple reporting process
- Focus on detail and strong project management skills
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization
- Collaboration skills with an ability to work across teams within and outside China
- Strong English language Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in content and digital marketing
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn new things or thinking from outside
- 5-8 years’ experience in marketing, the majority of which is in the China market 举报 分享
