职位描述：
- 负责翻译任务的分配、翻译项目的运作管理和翻译质量的管理
- 管理公司分配的客户资料，积极维护客户关系，保证客户满意度
- 招募国内外自由译者，与译员及时沟通交流
- 掌握公司自主研发的系统与工具，熟悉操作流程，与其他办事处的同事进行交流与合作
职位要求：
- 应聘者需有翻译公司工作经验
- 本科或以上学历
- 英语专业八级或翻译专业本科毕业；欢迎日语专业（一级）或韩语专业（六级）应聘者投递该职位
- 熟悉运作流程，有项目管理相关经验
- 团队意识强，有良好的沟通及协调能力
- 有工作责任心，细致耐心，能承担教导的工作强度
- 具有良好的职业道德和敬业精神
- 熟练使用memoQ，TRADOS等翻译软件
- 现居广州，粤语流利者优先
