职位描述：
We are seeking an Android Developer in shanghai.
Main Responsibilities:
The firmware engineer will be responsible for defining and developing firmware designs for smart home terminals and system.
1. Develop new products within a cross functional team environment;
2. Develop specifications from marketing requirements and product vision
3. System application design to meet specifications and re-use objectives
4. Provide effort and risk estimates for new development work
5. Involved software development process optimization including coding style, unit test, function test, code review, continuous integration etc
6. Involved in system cyber security review activity
7. Product technical training to technical support and after service team
Qualifications:
1. BS/MS, major in electronic engineering or telecommunication engineering, 3+ years firmware/software development experience
2. Understanding in software architecture design; understanding of data structure and design modeling
3. Rich experience in Android application development, Deeply understand Android system working mechanism
4. Development experience in video encoding/decoding, RTSP, RTP
5. Solid programming skill in Java , C/C++ is a plus
6. Rich experience in network application programming
7. Experience in database design and development
8. Experience in unit test, function test, code review and continuous integration
9. Experience in software version control tool, SVN, Git
