英语销售（物业顾问）
主要职责：

1.负责客户接待、咨询工作，拓展高档住宅或公寓的客户市场；
2.掌握客户要求，做好发掘及跟进工作，为客户提供优质的合适的房源，陪同客户看房，进行商务谈判；
3.负责公司房源开发与积累，并与业主建立良好的业务协作关系；
4.协助客户处理部分售后问题；
5.服务对象是外资企业派驻广州的外籍人士为主。


岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，专业不限。具有优秀的中英文表达能力(英语口语尤为重要)
2.具有较强的沟通和谈判能力、抗压能力、团队精神意识、应变能力
3.性格外向，形象气质佳，高度的工作热情
4.有销售经验及有一定客户资源者优先考虑
