Responsibilities:
- Pre-closing and actual month-end closing review of full picture of P&L. Multi-angle variance analysis vs Last year, previous month, pre-close, budget, YTD variance analysis etc.
- Balance sheet review to cover all accounts, specially focus on the high risky items like Receivable (deposit, sales proceeds, others), accrual (over/under, on-top), payable (aging), long outstanding balance, bank account reconciliation, etc.
- Management reports preparation and analysis, like P&L by Regions/Markets, store operation profit by 1000+ stores, potential loss making store tracking, departmental expenses report, special analysis by specific P&L line (like staff cost, A&P, etc.)
- Process improvement and streamline to enhance quality and efficiency
- Coordinate and in charge of external audit (at every Jun/Sep/Dec) and internal group audit to make sure 100% compliance with policy
- Responsible for budget data collection, consolidation, checking and conduct cross report variation to make sure for the accuracy and reasonability
- Responsible for Oracle maintain and system enhancement
- Able to lead a sizable team and achieve continuous improvement in team performance, especially work efficiency and staff productivity
- Train up subordinates
Requirements:
- University degree, major in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance
- Solid reporting analysis skill and accounting sense
- Ability to handle multi tasks, make sure the quality and timeness of various reports
- Able to work under pressure, Self-motivated and a good problem solver.
- Communication skill and style to build good relationship with all function finance teams and regional finance teams
- Team spirit and maintain the stable/energetic reporting team with high productivity and output
- Mentality to get point from management and follow up strictly, hands on and detailed
- Comprehensive presentation skill
- Good command of written and spoken English, fluent Mandarin.
- Retail experience or CPA firm is a plus
