Bellman & Symfon Asia Ltd (B & S) is a Swedish company with the mission to provide people with outstanding hearing solutions that both enhance and protect peoples hearing. B & S is now looking for a very qualified Sales Supervisor to support the Sales Manager for China. More information about B & S is available at www.bellman.cn

Job description:
· Sales work of Bellman hearing related product within Mainland China.
· Introduce our sales concept (products and sales methods) to hearing/health care related distributors and dealers.
· Together with the sales manager to develop the sales plan and strategy, helping our distributors and dealers to sell our products.
· Follow up and report back to management.
· Responsible for exhibitions and relevant promotional activities
· This is an external sales work with extensive traveling.
· Possible handling the markets outside Mainland China upon assigned by the sales manager.

Requirements:
· Bachelor (or similar) degree in marketing and sales - with outstanding results
· Minimum three years of sales experience, experience of working with distributor's network and with a proven
track record evidencing your sales skills.
· Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese and English is required.
· You can present the company and handle customers professionally
· You are self-motivated, take your own initiatives, work independently, willing to work hard, willing to work flexible hours and enjoy frequent travels
· You are well-regulated and reliable

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible to create and develop relationships with dealers, distributors and customers in China, including but not limited to the following:

· Assist the Sales manager to work out the sales strategy and activity
· Monitor and help the sales representatives in different areas for the sales activity
· Conduct own sales in designated areas where our company not yet have a sales representative
· Contact and visit distributors and relevant authorities
· Responsible for exhibitions and relevant promotional activities
· Assist and provide services to distributors, as well as monitor goods deliveries
· Follow up on the cooperation with distributors

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above in marketing and sales, with outstanding results
· Professional experience (minimum 3 years) from own sales work and/or from sales management/supervising, with outstanding
result
· Proficiency in written and spoken English, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
· Can present the company and handle customers professionally
· Honest, Self-motivated, take your own initiatives, work independently, willing to work hard, willing to work flexible
hours and enjoy frequent travels
· Well-regulated and reliable
· Should be familiar with B2C Consumer Market

Desirable:

· Around 30 years old
· Other languages are merits
