职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively prevent any quality related problems causing shipment delays to customers
Conduct supplier audits and supplier process audits
Member of the Bellman and Symfon Quality Team, reporting to the Quality Manager
Position located in Guangzhou, China
Support and facilitate projects and activities that develop and improve quality, utilizing quality tools
Analyze and report quality related data to identify possible risks in material quality
Solve supply/material related quality risks, initiate improvement actions and escalation as needed
Create and maintain the interface with Suppliers to assure continuous quality improvements
Responsible for the implementation and tracking of materials metrics and performance measurements in collaboration with relevant teams and Suppliers.
Create and maintain visual quality related documentation
Create and maintain manufacturing or rework related WI
Ensure that produced and used components are high quality
Responsible for materials quality and risk management within Bellman’s Product Life Cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Good experience with improving quality processes
Good knowledge of Supplier based technology manufacturing and system tools.
Engineering background: preferred electronics, hardware, or mechanics
Familiar and experienced with ISO 9001 requirements
Strong communication skills and good experience in cross-functional activities
Self-motivated, with own initiatives, work independently, willing to work flexible hours and willing to take frequent travels.
Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese, good English is required. 举报 分享
