岗位职责：

1、负责课程产品的推广、开拓市场和开发市场合作伙伴；

2、依据渠道销售计划，拓展、维护院校关系，负责院校合作洽谈，塑造企业形象；

3、培训渠道招生咨询顾问，指导其协助渠道经理完成区域渠道销售计划；

4、制定销售策略及方法，负责市场活动的组织，配合销售部门完成考核业绩；

5、市场相关数据汇总及分析；

6、制定市场部的相关管理制度并监督检查下属员工的工作执行情况；

任职条件：

1、大专以上学历，计算机、市场营销相关专业；

2、熟悉IT教育培训行业，一年以上同行业工作经验，或两年以上其他行业市场推广经验；

3、具备扎实的实际市场推广操作功底，并能很好培养带动团队工作；

4、良好的数据汇总和敏锐的数据挖掘分析能力；

5、具备良好的团队管理和合作经验。

    近年来E-Skills UK重视到了在中国IT培训市场的旺盛需求，E-Skills UK希望能够通过在中国赞助合作伙伴成立本土化的公司，并将E-Skills UK的优秀教育体系授权给本土化公司进行推广。通过这种方式，E-Skills UK将能够更快的适应中国的国情，并得到迅速的发展。
