职位描述：
Job duties:

1、 根据公司发展需要，制定并执行人员招聘计划，完成关键及重要岗位招聘工作；
?Provides day to day management of the recruiting team-sets goals, designs processes and measures results based on the company needs.
2、负责各类招聘渠道的开发与维护，并拓宽招聘渠道，及时满足公司对人才的需求；
Is in charge of the development and supervision of all kinds of recruitment processes. Provides technical recruiting expertise to recruiting specialists and fills hiring needs.
3、 搭建人才库，建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系；
? Generates a strong candidate pool for all groups. Sets up and develops recruitment process and systems.
4、负责招聘数据管理，展开工作分析、工作评价，负责招聘工作汇报及招聘报告撰写；
?Is responsible for recruitment data analysis and assessment. Is able to summarize and submit recruitment report.
5、实施并推动人力资源部门重要项目，搭建岗位胜任特征模型。
? Implements and promotes key projects of human resources department. Sets a competency example for human resources team.
6、 完成上级主管交代的日常工作任务。
? May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

任职要求：Requirements:
1、 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理及英语专业优先；
?Holds a bachelor degree or above majoring in human resources or English
2、 良好的英语表达及沟通能力，拥有CET6/TEM4/TEM8优先；
?Processes excellent communicative skills in English with CET6/ TEM 4/TEM 8 or above
3、 1年或以上招聘及相关工作经验；
?Has over 1 year recruitment working experience or relevant working experience
4、 具有一定的面试技巧与方法，能够独立开展外教岗位的面试工作；
?Is equipped with interview skills and techniques. Is able to recruit foreign teachers independently
5、 良好的人际沟通和团队协作能力，清晰严谨的思路及表达能力；
?Able to work under own initiative and within a team. Friendly, approachable and supportive
6、 熟练使用office办公软件。
?Is familiar with Office Software
