SITUATION IN ORGANISATION
Report to Sales Director
JOB DIMENSIONS
? H2O2 business development in Southern China region(Guangdong; Guangxi; Hunan;Fujian province)
? H2O2 business development of metal treatment, personal care & other applications;
? Maintain the current business; develop new direct clients ;accomplish the sales goal according BU budget
? Credit control /overdue : working with commercial assistant to ensure no bad debt and minimize the AR
ACTIVITIES
? Travel frequently to keep close link with customer and update market information
? Existing distributors management and network building-up;
? Keep close eyes on the local market and reasonably maximize Arkema profit/interest;
? Contact and develop new potential customers, build up database of potentials customers;
? Visit regularly existing and potential customers; Identify customer need and optimize customer satisfaction;
? Be owner of customers allocated : contact, negotiation, payment follow-up and claim management;
? Define and coordinate the overall strategy at assigned accounts, focus on direct clients business growing
? Manage key accounts to implement sales activity to meet personal budget by assessing customer needs, suggesting appropriate products and services, concluding sales orders.
? Make rational proposals to improve work routine;
? Report regularly activity in charge;
? Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure; Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ

Internal relationship :
Arkema Shanghai Hydrogen Peroxide JV : All departments
Sales offices and teams in Shanghai&Guangzhou
Other internal department like Logistics, Customer services, Human resources, H.S.E., Financial, Legal
Headquarters : BU Divison
External relationship :
? Customers in Southern China region(Guangdong; Guangxi; Hunan;Fujian province)
? Related service companies, for instance Logistics, Import/Export, Trading companies, etc.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Ensure the achievement of sales budget according to budget and BU strategy
? Sales account management of current personal care food packaging application customers, distributors
? Direct clients development by application and markets on chemical industry, metal treatment, electronics, food packaging, pharmaceutics, cleaning and cosmetics.
? To adjust the selling price according to the change of market and BU commercial strategy
? Strengthen Arkema H2O2 market competition ability
? Monitor the activities of Chinese competitors and local market trend of global H2O2 demand
? Achieve sales objectives in terms of volume and margin
? To minimize the risk of account receivable in RMB sale
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Bachelor degree preferred is Chemistry/engineering related major.
2. Over 2 year experience in Chemical industry.
3. verbal and written English essential to communicate with regional sales offices
4.Good communication skill with clients and colleagues
5. Strong understanding capacity of customer and market requirements
6. Open and goal-oriented and good interpersonal skills
