职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB
Find and develop local suppliers of high-end technical parts to cost saving and short the purchasing lead time,.
Manage the department working scope: Customer Service, Material Control, Sourcing, Procurement, Import/Export, Logistics, and Warehouse.
Handle Chinese and oversees in/export tax and Inspection and Quarantine matters
Setup supplier contracts
Develop a purchasing strategy that meets the business needs
Cooperate with oversees engineering and local QAQC department
Supplier relation management/Government relation management
Implement dual-sourcing strategy for selected parts
Create periodical supplier reviews

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED

Team player, cooperate with suppliers, oversees engineering and QAQC
Trustworthy personality

Preferred
Experience in Bio-pharmaceutical industry and custom designed equipment is preferred.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in engineering, mechanical engineering preferred
At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position
Experience in commercial and international environments
Experience in supplier development of high-end technical parts
Experience in working with oversees suppliers
