岗位职责：

1.配合京东店长处理公司京东店的日常运营团队管理；

2.负责京东店的整体规划，包含推广方案、促销方案、客户关系管理等；

3.对店铺数据进行精确分析，优化店铺流量及转化率，提升店铺信誉等；

4.负责京东基本的后台操作流程，关注、参加京东各种活动；

5.负责公司京东项目团队常规的运营知识培训。

岗位要求：

1、年龄35岁以下；

2、本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销类相关专业背景，拥有电子商务运营经验优先；

3、熟悉电子商务的运营环境，熟悉京东、天猫、苏宁易购等平台运营管理、交易规则、推广规则，有清晰的操作思路、良好的策划推广能力及强大的计划执行统筹能力；

4、精通平台单品推广、关联商品推广、熟练运用平台一系列推广；

5、具有良好的沟通能力、执行力、抗压能力强。
