职位描述Responsibilities：
1. .用全英文教授3至12岁少儿原版国外进口教材课程知识，锻炼孩子的英文思维；
2. 严格根据课程安排，充分备课以完成教学任务；
3. 保持与学生家长的积极/良好沟通，及时跟进学员的成长经历及学习过程；
4. 积极参与学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座和会议等活动；

职位要求Requirements：
1.正规院校大学专科学历以上，英语或英语教育专业优先，其他专业，英语听说流利，热爱教育事业亦可；
2.有1或2年少儿英语教学经验者优先，无经验者喜欢孩子，热爱教育行业，公司也将其进行专业的岗前培训；
3.英语口语和书写流利，发音标准；
4.在壹木教育，用自己的知识、能力和爱心，去教育感化孩子；
5.了解幼少儿心理学，推广正面的家庭教育方法。

The Role:
The Teacher is responsible for providing students with an engaging English language environment throughout their course of study. Include preparing and delivering lessons, administering and reporting students' learning progress and coordinating with other functions to maintain effective relations.

You will:
1. Prepare and carry out lessons as assigned by the Director of Studies
2.Correct, record and administer the results of tests, assessments and progress report for students
3. Communicate students’progress and action plans with parents via phone and parent-teacher meetings
4. Assist in the placement testing and interviewing for new students enrollment
5. Carry out academic events including demo lessons, parent academy and action clubs
6. Attend teacher training presentations and workshops for own development
7. Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site 举报 分享
