职位描述：
Purpose / Mission:
? Meet customers' needs through effectively delivery retail University training program.
? Help customers to build their own retail training system and content.
? Help customers to improve shop level productivity through retail projects

Key interfaces：
? Regional Sales team, Key Account team, Regional Franchise Operation team, Franchised customers

Key Responsibilities:
? Coordinate all training preparation and facilitation
? Delivery quality training to customer both in class room and on site
? Provide help for customer’s trainer to improve training and coaching skill
? Collect customer feedback on current training program and training needs
? Work with sales team, regional Franchise Operation team and other internal teams in various projects to improve customer shop level productivity
? Work with franchise customer management team and customers’ training team to manage customer’s training effectiveness.
? Manage other assigned tasks/projects

KPI:
? Retail University satisfaction rate
? MSP
? Other KPIs defined in PEP target setting, such as training hrs, store visit no., project performance, etc.
? Team members’ feedbacks

Qualifications:
? Minimum 3 years experience in training
? Maturity level high
? Good problem solving and conflict dealing skills
? Strong interested in retail business
? Love sports

Competencies / Attributes:
? Team player
? Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
? Logic thinking
? Service oriented
? Able to multi-task

Educational Background:
? University degree or above

PC/Language/Other Skills:
? English adequate and Mandarin fluency
