1.大专以上学历，机械设计或相关专业
2.能熟练运用AUTOCAD及三维设计软件（pro/e或creo），熟练使用office等相关办公软件
3.熟悉机械原理，熟悉常用机械传动方式
4.工件认真负责、严谨细致，有良好的团队精神和沟通能力,能够承担工作压力
