Job Summary:

1. Support production to improve product quality, optimize the proces flow and parameter to improve prouction efficiency.

2. Atten the new program development of phase 4,5,6 and industrialization preparation.

3. Atten blowing trail, take part in defining and valiateting the blowing process parameter to get the blowing tank shell confirmed with product specification, and a stable production process.

Main Activities:
1. Support production/maintenance team to analyze the complex problem on the machine and assure the machine work in normal situation.

2. Support production/maintenance team to repair mould.

3. Improve mould change over process to reduce the changeover time and quality risk.

4. Attend to build up the contingency planning for BMM/raw material feeding system/electric power abnormal situation.

5. Attend the production team training about working instruction, technical specification and machine turning.

6. Application of Pokayoke and SPC(Weight, thickness

8. Optimization of process flow and parameter, prepare the machine improvement specification and technical communication with supplier.

·Qualification:
· Bachelor degree major in Mechanical Design or Mould design; At least 2 years' experience for mechanical design or mould design or blowing technology
· Mastery of CAD software (UG or Solidworks or Catia (preferred) , Autocad)
· Good material Knowledge (Ex: aluminum, steel, bronze...)
· Good knowledge for mould design, manufacturing and treatment
· Good knowledge for casting & foundry technology
· Basic knowledge for heating transfer
· Basic automatic & hydraulic knowledge
· Mastery of blowing technology and process
· Good knowledge for the plastic material used in INERGY
· Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)
· Good communication capacity with project core team, domestic or foreign supplier, plant and INERGY engineer in worldwide
· Competence for analyzing, solving the problem and building the action plan
· Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how
