职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
? Establish strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders at national and targeted key city levels to maximize Group’s competitive advantage and minimize the adverse impact in case of emergency.
? Manage policy analysis and advocacy, including such areas as five-year plan, tax & customs preference, etc.; and provide internally know-how on effective political influencing and communication.
? Educate Chinese government officials and key stakeholders about Group‘s activities and contributions to Chinese economy, developing win-win strategies, and building goodwill and a strong reputation among government officials and key stakeholders who influence government decision-making.
? Understand the organization’s current and future business objectives/-priorities on a timely basis as to how specific legislative and other governmental developments might affect the Group and develop the appropriate strategies together with the related government authorities to minimize negative impact and ensure company’s competitive advantages.
? Influence, when appropriate, actions of legislative or executive bodies on strategic matters using resources such as certain associations, issue-related coalitions, direct relationships and contract lobbyists from a position that supports the Group’s business objectives.
? Develop and maintain working relationships with key central and local government officials, as well as personnel in key business associations (i.e. Chambers of Commerce, CFA, etc.) to enable effective lobbying activities
? Ensuring that the above engagements with government officials, business associations & contract lobbyists are conducted in a manner that is professional, compliant with Chinese laws and regulations and compliant with the Group Code of Conduct.
? Support VP on GR daily jobs
? Other business duties dedicated by management team

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
? Fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua) (written and spoken)
? Proven diplomacy and advocacy skills to effectively handle relationships with government officials
? Ability to develop and implement strategies to secure support from key government authorities
? Proven leadership, interpersonal and consensus building skills/presentation skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? B.A or above degree of Public affairs, Economics and other related subjects
? Minimum 5years’ experience in similar position
? Relevant experience working in a multinational organization and/or sporting goods industry is highly desirable 举报 分享
