职位描述：
A fast paced women's wear fashion company for Australia is seeking an experienced garment MD and QC who possess a high level of attention to detail and can multi task to meet deadlines.


MD - The responsibilities include :

* Translate design concept to technical specifications to produce samples for costing
* Garment costing and price negotiating with factories
* Communicate with oversea buyer for all aspect of production confirmation
* Raising purchase sheets and production orders
* Issuing packing list and invoice
* Monitor and enforce critical path deadlines for production shipment and deliveries
* Checking fit measurement and all requirements before sending to buyer

MD - To be successful in this role you will have :

* 3+ years experience in ladies fashion or within similar role
* Excellent knowledge of garment construction and fabrics
* Fluent and strong communication skills in English and Chinese
* Good understanding of product quality
* Experience with Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop is essential
* Proven ability to run to critical path deadlines
* Knowledge of shipping and export
* Be a supportive, energetic and team player, willing to learn and take new challenges


QC - The responsibilities include :

* Organizing Pre production samples and bulk shipping samples from factories
* Ensure all production deliveries keep to schedule.
* Proactively handle and resolve quality issues
* Raising QC report and pre packing lists
* Liaise with factories, MD and purchase team to ensure that critical production dates are met to achieve required delivery date

QC - To be successful in this role you will have :

* Proven experience with ladies fashion production and in a previous similar role for 3 years
* Outstanding knowledge of garment construction and spec measuring
* Ability to manage a challenging workload to meet deadlines
* General English verbal skills and Driver license are an advantage
