职位描述

Job Description:

1.Daily administrative work
- Maintaining communication among functions and departments
- Preparation and management of correspondence, reports and documents
- Handling of incoming call/mail in a professional way
- Reimbursement
2.Support on-going operational projects
- Interpretation and translation activities
- Coordination of material and presentation
3.Meeting/ appointments & Travel arrangements
- Maintain schedules and calendars
- Biz trip planning & accommodation
4.Act as information hub
- Liaison with internal and external contacts
- Meeting minutes distribution

Competency Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree and above, with major in management is preferred.

2.Minimum 5 years secretarial experience in multinational enterprise; minimum of 1 year working for senior executive.

3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of staff and external contacts, and interact cross-functionally and cross-culturally.

4.English and Chinese fluency is a must.

5.Initiative, optimistic, mature, helpful and presentable, able to work independently.

6.Good at MS office tools.
