Job Description:
▲ Engineering Process Assurance
? To implement Engineering Process Assurance Audits onto CTC Electronics ongoing projects, basing on key customer deliverables’ timing
? To set up and maintain a dashboard basing on audit results
? To highlight and track Engineering and/or Process Risk basing on audit results, both occurred and potential
? To support the external audits according to IATF16949:2015

▲ Engineering Process Optimization
? To support the QMS Update from previous ISO/TS16949:2009 to the latest IATF16949:2015, including the process optimization and document revision
? To lead and track the corrective and/or preventive actions basing on detected/identified Engineering and Process Risk

▲ Deployment of ISO26262 Functional Safety (Optional)
? To plan and organize the deployment of ISO26262 Functional Safety within CTC Electronics Group
? To support the Gap Analysis and Process Fitness, from the viewpoint of Engineering Quality & Process

Qualification:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Liberal Arts
? A minimum of three years related experience in Quality and Process of Engineering Design and Development is required, and preferably in an Automotive Electrical/Electronic Engineering environment
? A minimum of two years related experience in detailed Quality and Process Control is required, under QMS basing on ISO/TS16949 or similar
? A minimum of one year experience in practical Engineering Quality and Process Audit is required
? Skills and experience in Process Document Writing is required
? Document Example in both English and Chinese is beneficial, before or during Interview
? Understanding in Document Control Process is vitally desired
? Knowledge and/or Experience of ISO26262 Functional Safety is vitally desired
? Good English skills in reading and writing is required, and preferably also Good in speaking
? Detailed Working Experience in English is required before Interview
? Proficiency in MS Office is required, especially MS Excel, Word, Visio, Project
? Good Team Work Spirit as well as the ability to work solo 举报 分享
