职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

1. Understand TIC Gums’ supply needs and develop a sourcing strategy to successfully satisfy those needs.
了解TIC胶体公司的供应需求并制定采购策略，从而成功地满足这些需求。
2. Manage supplier relationships appropriately to successfully execute the sourcing strategy.
恰当地管理供应商关系，从而成功地执行采购策略。
3. Source and purchase materials for TIC China operations and ensure proper raw material inventory levels.
为TIC胶体公司的运营寻求并采购各项材料，并且确保正确的原材料库存水平。
4. Negotiate effectively to achieve the appropriate balance of quality, cost and delivery of materials and develop supplier relationships in a win-win manner.
进行有效的协商谈判从而实现材料质量、成本与交付之间的恰当平衡，并且以双赢的方式建立起与供应商的关系。
5. Provide guidance to Buyer/Planner to ensure buying plan is followed and captured in our computer system.
为购买者/规划人员提供指导从而确保采购计划得到遵守，并且存入到我们的计算机系统之中。
6. Evaluate new suppliers to identify reliable sources of material and follow the organization’s supplier approval process protocol.
评估新的供应商从而确定可靠的材料来源，并且遵守组织的供应商审批流程协议。
7. Understand any and all regulatory requirements for specific commodities and ensure compliance during sourcing process.
了解针对特定商品的任何及所有法规要求，并且确保在采购流程中的合规性。
8. Prepare and present regular Supplier Quality Performance, Price Competitiveness and market trend reports.
定期编制并提交供应商质量绩效、价格竞争力和市场趋势报告等文件。
9. Perform Supplier factory audits, communicate results and ensure associated corrective action plans are completed in a timely manner.
执行供应商工厂审核、传达审核结果，并且确保相关的纠正措施计划能够及时完成。
10. Resposible for the import business and pass CIQ.
     负责进口货物的申报及通关。
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
履行其他分配的职责。
12. Follows all company safety rules in performing job duties.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Food Science; Equivalent combination of education and experience also considered. Food industry experience is highly preferred.
商务或食品科学专业学士学位；也可考虑同时具备同等学历和经验的应聘者。具备食品行业工作经验的应聘者更优先考虑。
LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Must possess strong negotiation skills. Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions and interact with all levels of management and employees within the organization and with suppliers. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Required to be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
必须具备极强的谈判技巧。能够有效地表达信息、应对各项问题，并且与组织内部各个等级的管理者和员工以及与供应商进行有效互动。能够书写各项报告和商务信函。能够阅读、分析并解释一般商务期刊、专业刊物、技术规程或政府法规。能够说流利的英语和普通话。
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volumes.
能够使用整数、普通分数和小数，做各种计量单位的加减乘除法。能够计算各项数据和金额，例如折扣、利息、佣金、比例、百分比和数量。
REASONING ABILITY:

Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
