职位描述：

1.船务，联络客户安排订舱，报关及运输等工作，
2.联络船公司或货运公司安排订舱、提单签发等工作
3.熟悉船务知识，相关表格、文件、数据的处理及操作安排。能独立的和货运公司沟通。
4.工作认真细心，能够承受压力，耐心，有责任心
5.客户咨询、投诉、纠纷等情况的协调解决
6.完成上级交办的其他相关工作

任职资格
1.中专及以上学历，海运，商务英语或者国际贸易类相关专业
2.2年以上船务相关领域工作经验，熟悉船务市场行情者优先考虑
3.熟悉处理出入口货订单、货运操作流程，具备货运文件及有实际操作技能
4.英语听说读写良好，能熟练操作OFFICE办公软件系统
5.性格稳重，工作细致，具有良好的沟通能力及很强的服务及团队意思
6.有良好的英文文书读写能力及口语沟通能力.

2.must have good knowlegde for the shipping,can be good at excel list and word.can contact with the shipping company independently.
3.work carefully and can make packing list and invoice.
4.must be able to work under pressure.patient and stong sense of responsibility.
