Apart from team and direct managers, the SDMMC works closely with a number of functions and people across and outside the organization. The SDMMC is an integral part of the China Media and Consumer Marketing team such as:
1. The Senior Brand Marketing & Communication Manager Triumph China
2. Market Research
3. China Finance, to tracking A&P fund status and budget allocation plan
4. Asia Head of Creative Design, responsible for the China Product Design DNA and vision
5. Strategic Consultancy and China/Country Digital Agencies
6. Brand Analyst
7. All functional direct reports
Areas of responsibility:
1. Design, develop and drive Triumph China Strategic Digital Marketing Plan and Process which continues to provide consumer focused opportunities and sources of profitable growth. Delivering against the Corporate and Business Unit KPI’s and Targets.
2. Continuously develop and drive the digital marketing positioning and values across the region.
3. Develop a world class China Digital Marketing Organization structure which engages consumer-minded digital marketing professionals to drive a Brand Led Consumer Focused culture and commercial approach based on clear roles and responsibilities.
4. Develop and implement an operating system framework to ensure that the Digital Marketing strategy and guiding principles of the Triumph Business Unit are embedded and aligned across regions, delivering one consistent Global Digital Marketing framework and digital strategies aligned to target audience, brand KPIs ( including market share, brand awareness, brand preference, online PV/UV, traffic, conversion rate, Omni-channel transaction rate, social media exposure/ followers, iWOM), brand values, and positioning.
5. Role model the skills for the China Digital Marketing Organization across 7 Core Competencies, leadership principles and functional digital marketing competencies including annual digital media strategies, annual digital communication strategy, development of content marketing strategy, development of brand website , development of social media strategy and Omni-channel strategy. Engage the broader organization of country Brand Marketing, respect culture and develop unique management style and provides a continuous stream of brand marketing talent to the company.
6. Initiate and project lead internal and external agencies in development of the China digital marketing campaigns
7. Collaborate with the key marketing staff functions including Brand communication, Channel Marketing, Brand merchandising, Brand Creative & store design to ensure that we are consistently delivering against the Service Leader Corporate proposition via efficient processes, reduced time to market and engaging and inspiring onmi-channel shopping experiences linked across all touch points for our consumers
8. Develop China planned Digital marketing concept which provide consistent brand experience of Triumph via translate situation analysis, brand equity study, consumer insight, digital trend to actionable insights that contribute to the localization of the global brand communication strategy.
9. Utilise exceptional understanding of the female clothing and Marketing business units to provide insights and deliver competitive advantages and economies of scale for Digital Marketing Triumph.
10. Jointly establish and foster a collaborative, inspiring and energetic leadership style that promotes initiative and entrepreneurial thinking in line with the corporate shared values of honesty and trust.
11. Fully manage the Advertising & Promotion budget (digital marketing budget) in the region to ensure efficient allocation of funds across countries in line with the country by country sales development outlook, and provide budget spending allocation on country level across consumer touch points.
Job Requirements:
1. 8 years experience,4 years Senior Digital Marketing Management.
2. Experience with strategies & concept development, digital marketing planning, digital marketing framework development, SEO and related planning, link building and respective KPIs setting and tracking ROIs.
3. Solid marketing experience, background in working at both HQ and Country level is preferred. Additional brand management experience is a plus.
4. Experience in female / beauty / apparel business is a bonus.
5. Experience with high-caliber agency management and agency processes.
6. Strategic thinking and commercial minds.
7. Extensive consumer and competitor understanding.
8. Cross functional expertise in Digital Marketing management.
9. Educated to master degree level above .
10. High drive result orientated.
11. Ability to inspire via strong presentation & communication skills.
12. Excellent drive, judgment, creative insights and understanding of branded aesthetics.
