职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Attend to service desk hotline
- Provide level 1 IT Service Desk internal support
- Respond to service calls and user enquiries
- Assist in IT service and application roll-out, hardware/software asset procurement and management

Basic Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in IT or other related disciplines
- Good knowledge of PC Windows environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office 2007/2010, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat
- Proven collaborative teamwork
- Ability to take initiative and work under pressure to meet urgent deadlines; shift duty is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English

- 回复服务热线和用户查询
- 协助信息服务和技术应用的开展、硬件及软件资产的采购和管理

基本要求
- 大专或以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关专
- 熟悉应用Windows工作环境、Windows工作软件和Adobe Acrobat
- 富有团队合作精神
- 工作积极主动，能承担一定的工作压力，适应倒班工作制
- 良好的沟通能力, 善于与人相处
- 良好的普通话,粤语及英语水平
