职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Attend service desk hotline;
- Provide level 1 IT Service Desk internal support;
- Respond to service call and user inquiries;
- Assist in IT service and application roll-out, hardware /software asset procurement and management.
     
Basic Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in IT or other related disciplines;
- Good knowledge of PC windows environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office 2007 / 2010, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat;
- Proven collaborative team working;
- Initiative with the ability to work under pressure to meet urgent deadlines, shift duty is required;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

- 接听服务热线；
- 提供一级内部信息技术支持；
- 回复服务热线和用户查询；
- 协助信息服务和技术应用的开展、硬件及软件资产的采购和管理。

基本要求
- 大专或以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业；
- 熟悉应用Windows工作环境、Windows工作软件和Adobe Acrobat；
- 具备团队精神；
- 工作积极主动，能承担一定的工作压力，需要适应倒班工作制；
- 优秀的沟通能力和人际关系处理技巧；
