职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Develop and implement the production schedule for Manufacturing work center, taking into consideration available capacity, material availability, customer order requirements, and best production order sequence.
- Maintain and prioritize production orders within work center.
- Review material/purchase order due dates to ensure late deliveries are expedited in accordance with production schedule requirements. Verify status of components and delinquent material, maintaining shortage records.
- Communicate with Inter-Company counterpart regarding sales order fulfillment concerning product availability and status.
- Communicate with Supplier with regards to part number replenishment parameters and urgency.
- Review purchasing and inventory reports including, but not limited to min/max levels, item demand history and usage, reorder points, two bin KANBAN size; balancing levels against inventory turns and customer lead-time requirements.
- Take charge of Weekly production / Shipment / Goods receipt scheduling, reporting standard product lead-times.
- Communicate forecast changes or deviations where appropriate to aid in the development or modification of material strategies and procurement plans, which support production plans and schedules.
- Perform detailed capacity plans to identify gaps between forecasted demand and production capabilities.
- Research, analyze and interpret sales, bookings, and backlog data; documenting and reporting status, root-causes, and/or recommended corrective actions to management as necessary.
- Analyze inventory variances and suggest/follow up on corrective actions to ensure avoidance of stock-outs or excess materials.
- Analyze inventory for slow moving, non-moving, excess or obsolete items and coordinate reduction activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience. Working experience in FMCG experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of concepts and principals of planning to develop solutions to a variety of problems, particularly with materials delivery.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel from both an analytical and database tool perspective
- Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats
- Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service, organization, problem solving skills 举报 分享
