Job Responsibilities:
1. Arrange daily shipment schedule;
2. Book shipping space in advance to meet the shipment schedule;
3. Follow up shipments with suppliers closely;
4. Apply related export document per customer requirement and provide the shipping advice at timely manner;
5. Shipping Cost control through proper choice of forwarder and shipping method
6. Monthly Shipment reports regarding cost, on time shipment & volume, etc;
7. Well management & handling on shipping documents;
8. Follow up sample sending via courier company ( DHL / TNT……)
Job Requirements:
1. College degree, at least 5 year related work experience;
2. Familiar with sea freight/ air freight operation, relevant work experience will be preferred；
3. Familiar with MS office and ERP;
4. Good communication skill and willing to learn;
5. Good command of English.
