职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
？ 1.Improve Supplier Quality and Logistic performance based on Supplier Global Quality Manual with tools and methodologies developed by Supplier Global Quality.
？ 2.Train plant SQE supplier quality management skill and some technology skills.
？ 3.Lead plant SQE to solve some urgent and big quality issues to be sure new program launch successfully and normal production.
？ 4.Support plant SQE by taking responsibility of some supplier management job.
？ 5.Improve strategical supplier management level .
？ 6.Cooperate buyer develop new supplier, such as potential supplier audit, some similar supplier comparison report etc.
？ 7.Assure that all new/modified parts received from suppliers are accompanied by the correct release documents.
？ 8.Ensure correct reporting of data to top management as well as VIN database.
？ 9.Lead supplier development and improvement activities.
？ 10.Organize and conduct Quality Systems audits with representative teams for new and existing suppliers.
？ 11.Support to verify and approve APQP and PPAP documents.
？ 12. Identify process related designated characteristics and provide them to suppliers.
？ 13.Support an active Supplier Concern Management:
- Review supplier 8D response.
- Coordinate with Central Purchasing for consistent problem suppliers.
- Conduct quality management review meetings with specific suppliers and verify correct actions.
？ 14.Communicate events, problems and reports to partners in plants.
？ 15.Lead supplier quality group and establish standardize supplier control strategy.
？ 16. Perform continuous improvement activity by pulling together best practice of both electronics and steering processes.
？ 17. In charge of standardizing the supplier control as well as IQA process in plant.
？ 18. Leading localization part qualification.

Qualifications :
？ 1.At least 5 year supplier quality management experience with metal parts in automotive industry
？ 2.Familiar with GD&T, good understanding of stamping and welding process
？ 3.TS 16949 knowledge is a must, qualified internal auditor is a plus
？ 4.Strong written and oral communication skills required
？ 5.Good computer skills with Microsoft Office
？ 6.Familiarity with program management tools preferred
？ 7.Experience with managing outside companies preferred
