第一：查阅并分析相关法律，决定，制定并执行公司的财政政策和程序。解读不同的政府法律和政策对公司的意义和影响，建立与政府法规相适应的公司的程序和政策的纲领，保护组织的偿付能力。

第二：处理并查阅财政分析的项目；评估结果，准备报告，就提议的投资和业务的财政影响向高层管理人员提供建议。

第三：为某一部门或运营单位制定财政策略，使之与公司整体的方向和现阶段及长期的商业目标一致。引导，指导，评估和开发财政专业人士团队，确保公司的财政计划向可靠的方向发展。

第四：评估，建议和执行投资和财政活动；进行项目研究和调查，为工作的管理团队提供可行性的报告和资料，供他们参考。

职位要求：

第一：至少本科学历；

第二：至少5年的工作经验；

第三：金融分析师或工商管理硕士。

Key Accountabilities：

1:Review and analyze laws to determine, formulate and implement organization’s financial policies and procedures. Interpret the meaning and impact of different government laws and policies to establish guidelines for procedures and policies that comply with government regulations to protect solvency of institutions.

2:Manage and review financial analysis projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports and make recommendations to senior management about the financial implications of proposed investments and transactions.

3:Contribute to the development of financial strategies for a division or operating unit that align with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives。Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of financial professionals to ensure financial planning are developed credibly.

4:Assesses, recommends and executes investment, and financial activities; conducts project research and survey to provide feasibility report and review as a reference for the management team.

Position Requirements：

1:Minimum Bachelor degree.

2:Minimum 5 years of experience.

3:CFA or MBA.
