3 At least three years in Dairy or Beverage industry, be familiar with process

5 Good communications skills
  良好的沟通技巧
6. Can travel according to the project requirement .
   能根据项目要求出差。
7 Fluent in English speaking，read and writing

工作说明
Job Responsibility : Join and lead the research of new production and provide application solution.
职责表述：参与制定产品研发方案
1. Develop the production solution according to the marketing demand and company strategy
1．根据企业总体研发工作计划的要求，结合企业市场战略，参与制定产品研发方案
2. Join the R&D meeting and provide related suggestion and solution.
2．参与产品研发方案讨论会议，根据企业的研发实力，提出相关的意见和建议
3. Can collect related material personally , fix the innovation solution and follow up the application test ,including the functional index test .
3．能独立收集相关资料，确定研发方案，及进行应用测试，包括独立完成相关功能性指标测试
4. Follow the line test and adjust the solution after communication with customer.
4．跟进研发方案的生产测试 ，并与客户进行良好沟通并及时调整
5. Create the specification requirement to procurement and QC
5. 制定物料的规格要求给采购及QC 举报 分享
