Responsibilities:
? Carrying out component APQP co-ordination for programmes launching at your local plant
? Carrying out component APQP activities for your nominated suppliers, including identifying and escalating roadblocks within the programme teams and ISC as required.
? Establish with the Regional SBD Lead, Commodity Leads & SWOT team which suppliers/value streams to target for Supplier Development/CI activities
? Identify & plan the Supplier Development/CI activities together with the Regional SBD Lead, including understanding "quick win" opportunities
? Carry out activities to identify performance improvement opportunities at suppliers aligned with Commodity strategies; including assessments, VSM and extended VSM where appropriate. Establish metrics by which the performance improvement activities will be tracked
? Carry out performance improvement activities with suppliers to improve the process(es) and ensure improvements meet required metrics
? Report out the tangible improvements made to the Regional SBD Lead & Commodity Leads and organisation; review lessons learned and share as appropriate
? Support the Regional SBD Lead in assessing potential new suppliers

Experience:
? Diploma from university for applied science / engineer
? Min. 3 Years working experience in the quality management
? Min. 3 Years experience in automotive industry
? work experience in an operational environment
? experience with OEM Q-systems and requirements
? detailed knowledge in TS 16949, QS 9000, VDA standards
? Strong ability in project management techniques
