职位描述：
？Review applicable contractual requirements (technical standards, specifications, etc.)
？Define and review QHSE drawings / files / plans and the relevant procedures review and validation of design or inspection assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedules, drawings, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)
？Define Bureau Veritas interventions
？Select the most appropriate design or inspection techniques
？Execute or supervise (required by more experienced Engineer) design review or inspection according to predefined QHSE plan and the established design or inspection procedures / techniques
？Execute design review or inspection reporting, including Non-Conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables
？Ensure quality of design review or inspection according to BV Quality System (required by more experienced Engineer)]
？Interpret results of survey or inspection (required by more experienced Engineer)
？Treatment of Non-Conformities / corrective actions
？Review and appraise inspection procedures
？Maintain internal and external communication
？Design and deliver training for customers and new engineers (required by more experienced Engineer)
？Promote Bureau Veritas service portfolio to clients (required by more experienced Engineer)
？Respect security guidelines of BV and safeguard personal security in the working environment
？Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and information (Knowledge Management)
？Customer relation management (required by more experienced Engineer)
？Mentor one or more less experienced Engineers (required by more experienced Engineer)
？** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.

Requirements:
？Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level with focus on technical background
？Working experience: 5+ years’ related working experience (depending on level) or excellent fresh graduate for entry level engineer
？Detail-oriented, responsible, self-driven and pragmatic
？Energetic and hardworking, and able to work independently under high pressure
？Well-organized and able to look ahead and forecast issues proactively (required by more experienced Engineer)
？English and local language skills
？PC Skills
