职位描述：
The following list of duties describes the primary tasks executed by the development group. The leader of
group will be called upon to ensure that these tasks get completed.

1. Plan, execute, and finalize platform projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
2. Direct and manage platform project development from beginning to end.
3. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with lead team.
4. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members, 3rd party contractors and other
stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
5. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
6. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
7. Define full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
8. Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
9. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team member, 3rd party contractors and influence them to
take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

Required Education and Desired Experience:

1. Requires a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field and should have at least
3+ years of related experience.
2. Competent understanding of embedded platforms.
3. Solid working knowledge of current consumer electronic products.
4. Demonstrated experience in multi-site project management.
5. Strong analytical and process-oriented problem solving skills.
6. Experience with embedded software development & consumer electronic product development.
7. Familiar with product development life cycle & development process improvement;
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Excellent Chinese and English language skills (fluent in spoken and written). 举报 分享
