职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、组织制定公司人事规章制度，并督促、检查制度的贯彻执行。
2、组织设计和完善公司的组织结构，做好定岗定编，完善公司相关管理制度和工作流程，合理有效配置人力资源。
3、负责招聘、薪酬、考核、员工关系等人力资源日常管理事宜；
4、负责编制职位说明书与岗位规范，建立健全岗位责任制，开展岗位（工作）分析，
5、协助监督控制各部门绩效评价过程并不断完善绩效管理体系；
6、负责组织企业文化建设；
7、制定公司人力资源整体战略规划,进行人力资源开发，制定员工职业生涯规划和人才梯队计划。
8、负责部门的日常事务管理工作，负责核定各岗位的工资标准，编制年度薪资调整方案， 负责组织实施绩效考核，统计考核结果、激励及部门资金的预算和控制等工作。
9、负责制定公司培训计划，组织人员参加培训，包含但不限于新员工岗前培训安排和企业文化培训工作及评估培训效果。
10、协助指导行政做好公司各项文体活动，包括但不限于生日会、员工大会、团体活动等,公司安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1，人力资源管理或相关专业统招专科以上学历，25-35岁，男女不限；
2,熟悉人力资源的六大模块（人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬福利管理、劳动关系管理）；
3，很强的计划性和实施执行的能力；有亲和力，很强的激励、沟通、协调、团队领导能力，责任心、事业心；
4，良好的文字语言、组织实施、策划协调能力，较强的执行能力、抗压能力和团队合作精神；
5，熟悉国家劳动法规和人事政策，具备良好职业操守及解决突发事件的能力；
6，能够严格遵守公司的各项规章制度。
7、熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段。
