职位描述：
1.Responsible for the continuous running and maintenance of plant utilities such as chiller and piping system, exhausting and blowing fan system, air conditioning, air compressor system, heater system, temperature control system, cooling tower, water treatment system, silo system, weighing system, elevator, forklift, auto-door, power-generator, steam and piping system, oil lubricating system and other non-production equipment.
2. Plan the plant utilities PM schedule and monitor whether the schedule is followed or not.
3. Attend major utility equipment break downs and solve the problems.
4. Monitor m/c condition and make necessary action to restore the m/c.
5. Make rolling plan for opportunity maintenance.
6. Coordinating with stores and vendors for spares and repair for Utilities.
7. Analyze the continuous problem using FMECA, fish bone, why - why analysis.
8. Upgrade the Utility m/c to eliminate continuous failures
9. Localizing the key spare parts for Utilities.
10. Incoming material inspection on Utility spares.
11. Keeping stock of imported and local spares.
12. Providing technical support whenever required.
13. Make sure that the utility engineer and technician follows to the proper maintenance practices
14. Make the energy saving plan and try to meet the annual saving target
15. Lead the team in utility problem solving and analyzing.
16. Monitor the utility contractor and functions.
17. Make sure that the contractor adheres with the maintenance system and practices.
18. Factory layout planning and optimizing.

1. Education：College or above；
2. Experience：At least 10 years experience, 3 years management position ；
3. Skills/Knowledge：AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, ERP, project management, 6S, Visual management, continuous improvement
