Responsibility:
- Set up and perfect financial rules, enhance internal control, guarantee the safety of company assets.
- Set up and perfect accounting systems, procedures, guarantee timely and legally exposure of financial report without material mistakes.
- Organize operation forecast and financial budget, analyze the variance and prepare relevant reports.
-compile plan of cash utility every month, arrange reasonable financial plan and meet the need of cash for company operation and internal administration.
- Conduct financial analysis, including cost analysis, financial indexes, and preparing relevant reports
- Propose suggestions from the point of finance to avoid risk, reduce cost and increase gain.
- Guide and supervise the cashier and accountants, organize related training.
- Coordinate and foster good relation with Tax, CPAs, SAFE, Statistics Bureau, bank, maintain good external environment for company development.
- Accomplish other jobs appointed by GM.
Requirement:
- Accounting bachelor or above scholarship
- Intermediate Accountant certificate
- Plus 5 years' finance working experience, including 2 years above manager experience
- Proficient in using common ERP system, experience of SAP is preferred
- Proficient in using office software, e.g. Excel, Access ect
- Fluent English in written and oral
- Good at communication and leading finance team
- Can work under pressure
