DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：
? Support plant production objectives by maintaining plant facilities and equipment in working order.
? Create preventive maintenance checklist and oversee the implement from mechanical maintain prospectives.
? Create standardized documents for tooling/fixture/equipment setup and minimize changeover time
? Oversee and supervise the hourly workers involved in the daily upkeep and repair of the building, facilities and equipment.
? Take care of emergency situations that threaten safety of either workers or property.
? schedules work assignments, assigning workers on the basis of their skills or priority of assignment depending on the complexity of problems, importance of maintaining production schedules, amount of downtime and availability of manpower.
? Estimates of man-hours required for each repair or replacement are prepared.
? Worker productivity and efficiency is measured against the estimated time schedule.
? follows up on scheduled assignments to assure they are completed and continually monitors the operating condition of plant equipment, alert to any signs of malfunction.
? Recommend a piece of equipment or production line be shut down if possibility of failure exists which could be injurious to the workers.
? With assistance from engineering and supervisor, prepares a schedule of preventive maintenance for operating equipment, dies and fixtures and coordinates the schedule with production and tool room schedules to minimize downtime.
? Major overhauls or installations may be scheduled during plant shutdowns or over weekends, which requires scheduling of maintenance manpower to work during those periods.
? The supervisor requisitions maintenance supplies and materials to enable the electricians, millwrights, carpenters, machine repairmen and other maintenance workers to perform their tasks without delays or shortages.
? Comply with * safety regular and national safety requirement, like LOTO, EHS, and OHSA

QUALIFICATION 任职资格：
? Select and train employees to develop and competently maintain their skill or craft.
? Encourage and support employees to perform duties efficiently, productively and safely.
? Assign people to inspections of presses, air compressors, and other equipment of vital importance.
? Plan work schedules, execute and follow through for completion.
? Maintain good housekeeping in department and good appearance of building and grounds.
? Maintains preventative maintenance system through MP-2.
? Maintains a work order system
? Coordinates lockout tagout program for all authorized personnel.
? A Bachelor degree (Engineering, Business, or one of the physical sciences preferred)
? Plus four to six years experience in maintenance or technical related field required.
