职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB
Find and develop local suppliers of high-end technical parts to cost saving and short the purchasing lead time.
Handle the purchasing for inventory part and non-inventory part
Ensure on-time delivery of supplier parts
Ensure supplier parts are of the required quality
Provide rolling forecast to suppliers
Setup supplier contracts
Develop a purchasing strategy that meets the business needs
Cooperate with oversees engineering and local QAQC department
Supplier relation management
Implement dual-sourcing strategy for selected parts
Handle supplier rejects and complaints
Create periodical supplier reviews

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED
Pro-active attitude
Team player, cooperate with suppliers, oversees engineering and QAQC
Trustworthy personality
Preferred
Experience in Bio-pharmaceutical industry and custom designed equipment is preferred.
Has engineer background.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in engineering, mechanical engineering preferred
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
Experience in commercial and international environments
Experience in supplier development of high-end technical parts
