职位描述：
The position of IMDS engineer is responsible for managing controlled substances reporting process and managing conflict minerals compliance reporting process (2nd Step).  
This position requires you can conflict minerals reporting 100% completed on time.                    

Responsibilities and Duties
-Controller  substances report Monitor / validate supplier’s controlled substances reports submissions (IMDS / MACSI) Identify restricted substances & liaise with project team regarding material change requests to supplier(s) Submit requests in controlled substances database and liaise with customer in case of request rejection Train suppliers about controlled substances reporting process Train program manager / project quality leader / supplier engineer about controlled substances reporting process
-Conflict minerals compliance & reporting (2rd step with internal training) Upon customer request, identify conflict minerals within POAE products / components delivered by tier 2 suppliers Manage supplier’s conflict minerals reporting – cross-check conflict minerals reporting vs. controlled substances reporting, identify discrepancies & ensure supplier’s conflict minerals information update Compile reports and submit via xls or iPoint to purchasing department
-Manage hours budget, plan activity and inform direct manager in case of timing constraints 
-Contributes to the lessons learned and the continuous improvement process within POAE globally

Required knowledge, skill, and abilities
-TS16949 & Customer specific requirements for project concerned.
-APQP and PPAP deliverables
-Project management
-Engineering Technician Level
-Automotive global requirements
-Good English Skill/French is preferred

Profile Requirement
-Bachelors or Master’s degree in materials and other related majors 
-Prior experience in automotive sector as IMDS Engineer is preferred. 举报 分享
