Artful Administrator – Women & Children’s Fashion
Can you be creative and organized? We are looking for someone with multi-task super powers to join our small, but growing team of fashion lovers.
Our Artful Administrator position requires a diverse skill set - from outstanding customer service to artful photoshopping, chasing up orders to designing templates. This unique varied role, will suite someone who is interested in being involved with all aspects of the fashion business. You will need to be an all round office star & work well under pressure.
If you have a can-do attitude & desire to stamp your quality mark on the world of fashion - then we want you to join our team!
Our Artful Administrator will have:
1. A Bachelor degree in textile & garments, internet or business management
2. Administrative or creative design experience (preferable), however we are willing to consider a fresh graduate with the right qualities.
3. Exceptional customer service skills – able to manage all aspects of customer service, filling & tracking orders and quality control.
4. Excellent organizational skills & record keeping, good grasp of stock control.
5. Confidence in dealing & negotiating with buyers and vendors.
6. Computer skills – must have Photoshop and design experience, Excel, Word, knowledge and ability to navigate and design internet shop templates.
7. Language skills – English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
8. An Awesome Attitude – a problem solver, responsible, team player, ability to think creatively, contribute & add value.
Rewards:
1. Four days a month off + annual Chinese New Year holidays.
