Responsibility:
- Share service AP module manage, include goods received, invoice vouchers and payment request;
- Entry Share service GL vouchers in Corp and Share Service book;
- Allocate Salary to all BU and accrual salaries for Corp and Share service book;
- Allocate IC expense to BU;
- Month closing report prepared for both Corp and Share service;
- Do share service and Corp all account reconciliation every month and fulfill SOX requirements;
- Do tax affair and other government report wherever necessary;
- GSO entries booking;
- Ad hoc work assigned by finance manager.
Requirement:
- 3-5 year work relative experience in MNC.
- CPA/ACCA certificate is preferred.
- Self-motivated, strong ownership.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, the ERP system.
- Can work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Familiar with tax laws and GAAP.
