负责客户审核，客户抱怨，客户关系维护，项目阶段的支持以及变更的跟踪，检具设计认可及进度跟踪，并将客户的特殊要求转变成内部要求予以实施。负责项目阶段及量产阶段的质量管理工作。

Responsible for customer audit, customer complain, and maintain good relationship with customer. Responsible for checking fixture design approval & final homologation, and follow up the timing.

Responsible to solve quality issue in project development and in serial production.

1. 汽车零部件行业2年以上相关工作经验，其中必须有1年以上直接对口主机厂的工作经验

More than 2 years experience in automotive field, and at least one year work experience dealing with Car-Maker directly

2. 熟练掌握TS16949，Formel-Q，QSB的要求，并在内部得到有效落实

Familiar with requirement of ISO/TS 16949, Fromel-Q, QSB, and implement this requirement in daily work

3. 熟练掌握PFMEA/CP/MSA/SPC，熟悉GD&T图纸

Familiar with FPMEA/CP/MSA/SPC, and GD&T drawing

4. 熟练完成8D报告；有较丰富的客户审核对应及客户抱怨快速反应的经验。

has good experience to deal with customer complain and finish 8D report

5. 熟悉冲压/注塑检具设计原理。

Has knowledge about the CF design concept of stamping & injection parts

6. 沟通能力强，抗压能力强。

Good communication skill, and can stand high pressure

7. 英语：熟练，能与国外同事沟通

Good English level, need to work with foreigner colleague

8. 能适应出差, 26周岁以上

Can travel, more than 26 years old
