主要职责：

1, 部门所有文本文档的归类（建立）和管理；
2，协助销售接待客户来访事宜；
3，协助销售进行样件订单的处理（样件申请，发放，记录，开票和应收货款等）；
4，客户管理平台的浏览和讯息的及时传达流转；
5，部门内各类会议和活动的组织及其必要的纪要，管理；
6，负责部门内部行政工作的实施；
7，完成部门责任人交代的其他工作等。

岗位要求：

1. 专科及以上学历，商业管理、财务金融、英语、法律、公共关系等相关专业应届生，
2. 具备较好的英语听说读写译能力，英语6级以上
3. 熟练使用办公软件及办公自动化设备；
4. 工作细致认真，积极主动，逻辑及条理性强；具有良好的团队精神、人际沟通和领导能力
