With a growing number of Sales Offices (Programs), currently 37 in the Asia Pacific region including 12 Programs in China, Allegiance is looking to recruit experienced and talented Training and Program Managers to become the future leaders of existing and new Programs in China.

• Sale Team Management

  销售团队管理

  Achieve Sales objectives through the management of an outbound telemarketing Sales Team of 20 persons.

• Recruitment

  Responsible for all recruitment and candidate selection activities conducted for a Program. The same time, this will involve recruitment and training projects.

• Training and Staff Development

  培训和员工发展

  Provide hands on ongoing training and development for members of the Sales Team to improve skills, knowledge and sale performances with the goal of preparing them for promotion to senior sales roles and management positions.

• Business Administration

  业务行政工作

  Manage a team of Administrators and Support Staff to deliver effective sales support and administration. Through this team a Program Manager is also responsible for all HR, cashiering and legal functions management.

Requirements (All Candidates)

• College or university degree

• A minimum of 8 years working experience including 5 years in a team management role

• High level of emotional intelligence and aptitude for sales
