Department: Passenger Sales
Job Level: A
Reports To: Manager, Guilin
Location: Guilin, China
Job Description

* Oversee passenger sales, marketing and PR matters in Guilin and its catchment area;
* Achieve passenger sales revenue target by focusing on key OD and market segments;
* Drive incremental revenue by hunting for new business opportunities;
* Expand distribution channel with an aim to drive direct sales and corporate sales;
* Expand membership base of Asia Miles and the Marco Polo Club;
* Work closely with Regional Sales Manager, Central Sales Team, and relevant departments in head office to drive local sales, including but not limited to fare positioning, fare proposal, route performance study, revenue forecast, market intelligence collection, etc.;
* Organize marketing and PR events, including but not limited to agency seminar, media gathering, corporate seminar, etc.;
* Develop team members by providing necessary guidance, training and coaching;
* Develop and maintain good relationship with media and trade partners, corporate clients, and other business partners to the benefit of company’s long-term interest.

General Requirements

* University Degree, Business or related disciplines preferred
* Minimum 5 years experiences in sales and marketing, of which minimum 2 years in a supervisory role;
* Strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
* Strong sense of responsibility and good team player;
* Self-motivated and capable of motivating others;
* Willing to take on challenges and can work under pressure;
* Experienced in using Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.);
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
* PRC local nationals with legal working status in Guilin and/or holding Guilin Resident and/or working permit
