？ Room allocation
o To propose most suitable room and rate category following the guest’s needs.
o To be responsible for the assignment of all room types, applicable rates and for the fulfilment of all guest’s requests.
o To ensure that we have received prepayment for “non-credit Agency” and updated rooming list of all groups prior to group arrival inclusive of flight details, arrival time and departure time.
o To analyse all group bookings and to make sure we have properly allocated honeymooner, connecting rooms and handicapped rooms etc. (to pre-bock this rooms in advance and to mention in special services.)
o Use up-selling as a yield management tool.
？ Operations
o To respond all reservations within 8 hours.
o To handle telephone in good manner, proper English and using telephone etiquette as per task-list at all times.
o To ensure friendly and courteous behaviour at all times.
o To develop knowledge of the room rates, room locations, room type.
o To be responsible for the fulfilment of all guest’s requests (whenever possible).
o To attend training class whenever requested by the management at all times.
？ Supervision
o Assist Reservations Manager to insist on a daily basis on proper speed, language, telephone etiquette of all Team Members.
o Weekly following statistics: compare forecast last and this year and compare oversea and local report.
o Familiarise him/ herself with all of our best company partners and supporters inclusive of rates.
？ General
o To assist Reservations Manager in supervising and correcting the daily routine jobs of the reservations department and improve speed and accuracy by: daily briefing, on the job training, and the buddy-buddy system.
o To report for duty on time according to work schedule with appearance and uniform neat and clean and be polite to costumers and colleagues.
o Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the reservation area. Utilize free time cleaning and tidying work area.
o To know all safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them, being aware of accident.
o Prepared to perform any other tasks as assigned by Management

Being an Amari brand concept inspired by the well-loved street food markets of Asia, the 360-square-metre Amaya Food Gallery is an all-day dining venue located within Amari Yangshuo. The Gallery was designed using rich colours and vibrant textures to present food choices from across Asia with interactive open kitchens that will take guests on a journey of gourmet discovery.
