Main Duties & Responsibilities
主要职责
? Must be familiar with most of the regular items procured by the property.
熟悉物业所需的日常用品。
? Work with department heads to understand their requirements
工作中了解部门负责人的工作要求。
? Ensure that proper purchasing procedures are in place, with purchase orders placed only by the Purchasing Department after due authorization by management, and with the obtaining of competitive quotes were required as per policy.
确保正确的采购程序的进行，采购部有序地保存定单。
? Ensure that all efforts are exhausted in obtaining the best possible quotations.
确保采购物品得到较优惠的价格。
? Request to go out to procurement and procurement of samples collected
要求安排进行外出采购以及搜集采购样品。
? Responsible for receiving of all items to ensure quality and quantity to match with contract.
查收采购物品，以确保数量及质量与合同一致。
? Co-ordinate with procurement manager and the suppliers for delivery arrangement
协助采购经理与供应商安排好送货时间。
? Make comparison with 3 quotations and make recommendation for management consideration.
完成报价比价工作，并推荐给管理者选择。
? Maintain good relations with the suppliers to ensure stable supply
与供应商保持良好关系，以保证稳定的供应。
? Keep up with the market information and constantly look for new products for management reference and selection

Calling this beautiful city home, Amari Yangshuo stands right next to the popular West Street, one of the oldest streets in Guilin, Guangxi, and has a direct view of the waterfront, iconic love bridge and karst peaks. This four-storey hotel combines local Oriental influences with Thai-style design and was developed by Shenzhen Yitian Group Co., Ltd. as part of the exciting Yitian West Street development.
In addition to launching the first Amari hotel in China, ONYX Hospitality Group is also proud to introduce Amaya Food Gallery, the hotel’s restaurant, which will also make its debut in the country. Being an Amari brand concept inspired by the well-loved street food markets of Asia, the 360-square-metre Amaya Food Gallery is an all-day dining venue located within Amari Yangshuo. The Gallery was designed using rich colours and vibrant textures to present food choices from across Asia with interactive open kitchens that will take guests on a journey of gourmet discovery.
