Main Duties & Responsibilities
主要职责
? Responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees and establishment needs.
负责物业宾客、员工及设施的安全保卫工作。
? Implement procedures for security and emergency incidents.
执行安全和紧急事件处理程。
? In the event of fire, be thoroughly familiar with and guided by the property’s emergency plan.
发生火灾时，应熟知并按照物业应急事件处理要求进行工作。
? Be familiar with location of fire alarms and firefighting equipment.
熟悉消防报警及灭火器材的位置。
? Maintain a good knowledge of the liquor act and criminal code.
掌握有关酗酒及犯罪管理条理。
? Maintain a regular presence in public area or your assigned post.
保持定期的在公共区域或所负责的岗位值勤。
? Prevent illegal activities on property premises.
禁止在物业内犯法行为。
? Prevent sabotage of property premises.
禁止毁坏物业设施的行。
? Patrol all areas including employee locker rooms, kitchens, food and beverage storage areas, car parking and remote areas.
巡视物业的所有区域，包括员工更衣室、厨房、餐饮库房、停车场及其他偏僻区域。
? Assist and maintain crowd control as required.
按照要求协助维持人群的正常秩序。
? Ensure all outlets, fridges, cupboards etc are fully secured when not in use or unattended.
确保所有未被使用的电源插座、冰箱、厨柜等的安全。
? Acts on any unusual incidents identified by closed circuit television.
根据保安管理员通过闭路监视系统发现的异常情况采取相应行动。
? Ensure no undesirables loiter in or around the property premises.
确保不受欢迎的人员不在物业内或物业周围出现。
? Ensure there is no obstruction to the loading dock and that unauthorized vehicles are removed.
确保裝卸区无障碍，未经批准的车辆不得入内。
? Coordinate functions with other security staff or Police and other government Securities and promote good will with them.
协调与其它保安人员、公安人员及政府其它安全部门的职能关系，并与他们发展良好的关系。
? Implement the property policies and procedures and advise Superiors and Human Resources of action taken.
执行物业的各项规章制度并向上级领导和人事部通报执行情况。
? Report directly and explain with details if any problem arising or malfunctioning property or equipment to superior or log book.
直接向上级领导汇报并详细解释发现的问题或损坏财产设备的情况或在工作日志中记录相关事宜。
? Be tactful, ensured safety and courteous in handling any disciplinary or criminal case.
正确、安全、礼貌地处理各类违规及犯罪案件。
? Establish and maintain the effective employee relations.

? Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advise superior of same.
对于异常的行李、客人或车辆保持高度警惕，并向上级领导汇报相关情况。
? Be thoroughly familiar of the property layout, design, entry and exit points.
熟悉物业布局、设计及出入口的情况。
? Engage in staff bag and locker checks as directed by Human Resources.
按照物业人事部的要求检查员工储物柜及其随身携带物品。
? Escort VIPs when requested, ensure lobby and driveways are cleared.
按照指示对物业重要客人及重要官员提供护卫，保证大堂及其它繁杂区域的交通秩序正常。
? Provide escort duty for money transfers to the General Cashier’s office or bank as required.
按照要求对物业与银行之间的现金转移提供护卫。
? Assist with heavy packages, coats, suitcase, etc. being alert to give assistance courteously and quickly, before having to be asked.
主动，积极，热情的帮助客人提携沉重的物品，大衣。
? Adhere to guest checking in and checking out procedures pertaining to baggage handling.
遵循客人办理入住，退房流程中关于行李搬运的相关程序。
? Welcome guests at the main entrance, offering the greeting appropriate to the time of day.
在公寓的主要通道迎接客人，并致以适时的问候。
? Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors.
为出入客人开关车门。
? Maintain a spotless Porte Cohere and Drive way.
保持车道入口的畅通。
? Guide the guest to the Front Desk and wait behind the guest during the check-in. Keep eyes on the Front Desk Clerk who provides the signal for you to step forward and receive the room and rooming booklet from the Front Desk Clerk. Without delay, escort the guests accordingly.
带领客人到前台入住并在后面等待，关注前台同事及时的从他们手中接过房间钥匙带领客人到房间。

In addition to launching the first Amari hotel in China, ONYX Hospitality Group is also proud to introduce Amaya Food Gallery, the hotel’s restaurant, which will also make its debut in the country. Being an Amari brand concept inspired by the well-loved street food markets of Asia, the 360-square-metre Amaya Food Gallery is an all-day dining venue located within Amari Yangshuo. The Gallery was designed using rich colours and vibrant textures to present food choices from across Asia with interactive open kitchens that will take guests on a journey of gourmet discovery.
