要求(Requirements)

1. 大专或以上学历(Tertiary education)。
2. 不少于10年成衣梭织生产和跟单的经验，当中包括8年管理层的经验(At least 10 years experience in woven garment production and merchandising including 8 years in managerial level)。
3. 有管理厂房的经验(Management of a factory)。
4. 主动和良好的人际关系(Proactive and good interpersonal skill)。
5. 擅长解决问题 、沟通和谈判技巧(Strong in problem solving, communication and negotiation skills)。
6. 能书写和讲英语(Good command of writing and speaking in English)。
7. 需常驻孟加拉工作(Stationed in Bangladesh)。
8. 能适应挑战性的工作环境(Able to adapt in a challenging environment)。

工作(Duties)

1. 跟进订单由议价至落单(Follow up orders from price negotiation up to garment delivery)。
2. 监督厂房生产(Monitor the operations of a factory)。
3. 联络香港和孟加拉办事处(Coordination with Hong Kong and Bangladesh Office)。

2. 1年有13个月薪(13 months payment)。
