PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Conducting sales coaching daily in specific case,
· Complete the regular sales report.
· New R/O accounts assignment and service enhancement.
· Key accounts retention with assigned sales rep.
· Vertical / territory / field sales promotion.
· New sales recruitment.
· Tri-angle target account review / cooperation with other offices.
· Sales performance / GP / commission scheme review.
· Trade lane promotion / LCL / air product introduction to all team members.
· Agent business retention / promotion.
· Weekly sales call / pipeline / target account review.
· Market intelligence collection from local / domestic market.

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Technical
· LCL / air / VAS (warehouse / trucking / customs clearance) knowledge.
· Leadership training / team work & team building training.
· Market intelligence collecting from customers / carriers / NVOCC.

Business
· VAS supports from group other business units.
· Tri-angler business promotion thru other offices
· Trade lane / vertical / product promotion aligning with company’s target.

Human Relations
· Communication skill / bargain power taring.
· Leadership / personality / attitude training & improving.
· Initiatives promotion, to crate various consideration / thinking in the sales field / territory.

ESSENTIAL PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
· Sales skill promotion with more n more face-to-face meeting with customers.
· OOG (over-size shipment) handling via ocean and air.
· More than 10 years of freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain management, project management work
experience

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Secondary: College or above
Professional: Major in Logistics Management, International Trade or other related majors

办公地点：罗湖区彭年广场41层全层.
办公时间：7.5小时/天，5天/周.
